The Cayman Islands are one of the most beautiful places in the world to live. So much beautiful scenery, rich culture and history. Yet, with all this inspiration, there's a deep void in the creative culture of the place some call home. PAUL CHIN PRESENTS: RENAISSANCE aims to explore this phenomenon and where our talent is hiding.
Join Illustrator/Musician Paul Chin as he introduces you to some of the country's talent and hangs out with the islands' biggest underdogs. Meet artists, designers and musicians of all standings; unknowns to local celebrities, and see why it's time for a Renaissance.
• [ n. ] ( a renaissance) a revival of or renewed interest in something

Welcome to the official production blog for Paul Chin Presents: Renaissance! This summer, 2010, I plan to document an investigation on the state of creative culture in the Cayman Islands. To stay up to date on all progress, you can follow us here on Tumblr or on Twitter (or you’ll probably see us around so you can ask us there too). This will be kind of like our scrapbook/process booklet so if you’re interested in the behind the scenes stuff, you’ll love it here :)
One love
Paul
